It's green day!

Good morning lovelies!
It's a love hate relationship between green and me. It's a color that I have learned to like in clothes but the change on my nails is slowly getting there. I only use to wear dark greens on my nails, but I have a special neon green that got me into having fun with this shade. Sinful Colors Irish Green is the base of this nail art that I complimented with flowers nail stickers and a silver striping tape french. I give 10 out of 10 for the uniqueness of this color to Sinful Colors, but 0 for the formula. It took forever to dry and I still had dents after 4 hours :( Any dupes?

I hope you liked it and Thanks for reading!

Fall Into Autumn Challenge #5 - Football

How are you lovely reader?
I did something very different for this theme. I had no football team to cheer for, so I did a soccer inspired manicure. I love soccer as a sport - I went to my first game at the national stadium a few weeks ago and it was a one in a lifetime experience - and as a francophone I sometimes think about soccer first when someone says football. I used one coat of Sally Hansen Lickety-Split Lime, then added NYC French White Tip, before stamping with Sally Hansen Black Out and Bundle Monster BM17. I did the little soccer ball with a sharpie. I'm very satisfied of the result, what do you think of it?

KKCenterHK Review - Gold Peacock Feathers Water Decal

Good morning!

I'm back with some KKCenterHK love! Maggie offered me to review more products so look forward to it. My choice wasn't easy to make as this website carries nail decals, glitter, crakles, glow in the dark, matte polishes, stamping plates, and many more. I have for you the gold peacock feathers water decals, which are suitable to decorate your nails and a good alternative to a design done by hand or stamping. They are 20 of them, well packaged in a zip locked bag  and retail for $6.39.

Saran wrap nails

Hello!
I have always wanted to try Saran wrap nails after seeing Nailderella's take on it, just gorgeous. I went with
Wet N Wild Eggplant Frost, a blue to purple duochrome and added Confetti Conga Line, a shimmery burnt orange on top. I had so many compliments on this that I'm going to try it with so many color combos! it's easy and the result is always mesmerizing. On to the pics!

Fall Into Autumn Challenge #4 - Cloudy Days

Good morning lovelies!
This theme is right on time as the weather has been cloudy for almost a month. It's rain rain rain and I can't wait for the sun to come back. I also have always wanted to try the "clouds nail art technique" so it was right on point! I have to say that I'm happy of the result, which was very easy to achieve. I started with one coat of Sally Hansen Black Out, followed by NYC Prince Street and Side Walkers. How do you like it?

Fall Into Autumn Challenge #3 - School Spirit

Hello!

I know it's been a little time but I am glad to be back with a mani inspired by the 3rd theme of the Fall Into Autumn challenge, I named "School Spirit". I am done with university but I have great memories of all the football and basketball games I went to while I was in FIU. Tee shirts, mugs, pens, folders, you name it I have it! We are the panthers and our colors are blue and gold. I went the easy route with an animal print nail art. The base is two coats of Spoiled Pirate's Booty (??) and I used Sally Hansen Co-bolt Blue with a dotting tool. Enjoy and thanks for reading!

Fall Into Autumn Challenge #2 - Apples

Good morning lovelies!

I am back with another theme for the Fall Into Autumn (FIA) challenge. Apples were not my favorite food back in primary school, and it is still not lol. Instead of fruits, most children in my school came with all kind of sandwiches in their backpack. So forgive me if I'm not relating to it but I kept on thinking of Apple (the brand), especially since the Iphone5 presentation was yesterday. Ok back to my nails. I love the way it came out even though my dotting tool made my apples look more like cherries or tomatoes :) Hope you like it too and thanks for reading!

Fall Into Autumn Challenge #1 - Back To School

Hello lovelies!
First I want to apologize to my avid readers for my lack of posts. I have moved from the US back to my country in August and I have been soooo busy since I have been back that my blog took a hit. I won't write like before (one to two posts a day) but I'll still be around. Ok back to business lol I am back with another nail art challenge, designed by all the ladies who took part in the Lazy Days of Summer. We keep these challenges coming because we developed a sisterhood and it's just too hard to stop lol So keep looking for a Winter one after this!

Polish Days - Geometry

Hello !

Well today is the fourth theme of Polish Days, which is a day where nail bloggers all over the world post about a single theme, at the same time. Today's theme is geometry, not my favorite class but I had fun translating it into nail art. I went simply with my favorite geometric figure, the circle. I started with two coats of NYC French White Tip, then stamped using BM322 and Sally Hansen Black Out. Please click here to find out more about Polish days and how to participate as I know a few of you who will like to join.
