China Glaze - Ghoulish Glow

This is by far the hardest polish to photograph EVER! Like seriously I have had this polish for more than a year and wore it numerous times for girls night out, but I continuously failed at taking a picture of it. I googled and read many tutorials on how to photograph glow in the dark objects and still nothing. My camera didn't work, nor my S3 or Ipad. I was about to throw the towel when I tried my bother's Iphone. Finally!!! What I used: China Glaze Ghoulish Glow

Ce vernis est de loin le plus difficile à photographier! Sérieusement, j'ai ce vernis depuis plus d'un an et je l'ai porté plusieurs fois pour des sorties entre copines, mais j'ai toujours du mal à le prendre en photo. J'ai googlé et lu de nombreux tutoriels sur comment photographier des objets fluorescents et toujours rien. Rien avec mon appareil photo, ni mon S3 ou iPad. Holographic Half Moons

Rethinking Dior Rock Coat

Last year, I wrote an article on Dior Rock Coat, the ultimate smoky top coat that is supposed to darken any color when applied on it. I liked Rock Coat, but in an effort to creatively reinvent an old manicure, I'm bringing it back. I used it to achieve a side/diagonal french manicure, and yes you can subtly stamp with it (as seen on my ring finger) Have you tried Rock Coat? L'année dernière, j'ai écrit un article sur Dior Rock Coat, le nec plus ultra des top coats "effet smoky", qui est censé assombrir toute couleur lorsque appliqué sur elle. J'ai bien aimé Rock Coat, mais dans un effort de réinvention créative d'une vieille manucure, je vous le ramène. Je l'ai utilisé pour une french diagonale, et oui vous pouvez faire un stamping subtil avec (comme vous le voyez sur mon annulaire). Avez-vous essayé Rock Coat? Layla Hologram Effect - Cloudy Violet

Sit down and hold your breath for the gorgeousness I have for you today! I lusted on Cloudy Violet as soon as it was realeased as part of Layla's 2nd holograhic collection. It is a dusty purple that is opaque in 2 coats and that is SO distracting to the eye that I couldn't stop staring at my nails. I could wear it for ever lol. Asseyez-vous et retenez votre souffle pour la beauté que j'ai pour vous aujourd'hui! J'ai convoité Cloudy Violet dès qu'il a été mis en vente pour la 2e collection holograhique de Layla. Il s'agit d'un violet poudreux qui est opaque en 2 couches et qui est si distrayant que je ne pouvais m'empêcher de regarder mes ongles. Je pourrais le porter pour toujours lol. The NCC Challenge - Pastels Week 2

We continue our NCC challenge with more pastel manicures. I had the idea of doing a mosaique but I don't own many pastels. China Glaze - Ride The Waves

China Glaze Ride The Waves is a royal blue jelly that I received as a gift. It's just too beautiful. It has a nice glossy finish and will make you feel in control anytime you wear it. 3 coats after, it was still not opaque (which is totally normal for a jelly) so I decided to create an edgy nail art. China Glaze Ride The Waves est un bleu royal jelly que j'ai reçu en cadeau. Il est juste trop beau. Il a une belle finition brillante et vous donne de l'assurance quand vous le portez. 3 couches après, il n'était toujours pas opaque (ce qui est tout à fait normal pour un jelly), alors j'ai décidé de créer un nail art edgy. Place aux photos! Au fait, n'oubliez pas de vous inscrire à ma tombola qui finit dans quelques jours. Ce que j'ai utilisé: China Glaze Ride The Waves, China Glaze Passion, BM 209.

The Nail Challenge Collaborative 1st Anniversary! Pastels Week 1

Remember all these nail art challenges I took part in? Well today marks our 1 year anniversary as a community of ladies getting together and doing themed nail art. We started with the April Showers Brings May Flowers last spring, then went on to the Lazy Days Of Summer challenge, the Fall Into Autumn challenge, to finish with the Let It Snow Challenge. We now called ourselves the Nail Challenge Collaborative and in honor of our 1 year anniversary we are all doing pastel manis. Thanks for having a look at what I and the others did! Layla Hologram Effect - Coffee Love

How I drooled on this polish! I knew I would not be disappointed in Coffee Love and you won't too! It's a maroon linear holo, opaque in 2 coats and that Seche vite doesn't dull. The holo finish is one of the strongest in my collection. Love it even better with the cheetah nail art.

Comment j'ai désiré ce vernis! Je savais que je ne serais pas déçue par Coffee Love et vous ne le serez pas non plus! C'est un vernis marron holographique  linéaire, opaque en 2 couches et que Seche vite ne terne pas. La finition holographique est l'une des plus fortes de ma collection. Je kiffe encore plus avec le nail art guépard.

Star Gazer - 307

Hi This is by far my favorite Star Gazer. 307 is really a boring name for that green to purple shimmery polish. Yes it is a duochrome gem, opaque in 3 coats. It dried fast with easy application although I found the brush small. 307 reminded me of Orly Space Cadet or Accessorize Aztec; they might (or not) be dupes. Well this completes my Star Gazer collection, I hope you like it!

Salut C'est de loin mon Star Gazer préféré  307 est vraiment un nom nul pour ce vernis qui change du vert au violet. Oui c'est un petit bijou de duochrome, opaque en 3 couches. Il a séché rapidement en plus d'une pose facile même si j'ai trouvé le pinceau petit. 307 me fait penser à Orly Space Cadet ou Accessorize Aztec, ils pourraient (ou non) être dupes. Eh bien, voila ce qui complète  ma collection de Star Gazer, j'espère que vous allez aimer!
