Playing with Dior Rock Coat

Hey lovelies!
I got the Dior Rock Coat a few months ago at Nordstorm but didn't get to play with it until now. It is a sheer black jelly base that comes in a 10ml bottle and is supposed to give an ombre look when applied over a color. I like it but think that you can franken your own easily and cheaper with a couple drops of black polish in a clear base. According to Dior, Rock Coat is "the ultimate smoky topcoat. As a topcoat, its semi-transparent black formula coats varnish with a veil of smoky lacquer, extending wear and increasing shine. Your nail varnish takes on an enigmatic 'rock' look." Well let's see. I layered it over different colors.
All pictures were taken in an artificial light setting without flash.

Girly Bits - Razzle dazzle

Hello!

Razzle dazzle is the first indie/custom/hand made polish that I purchased and I am very happy of my choice. It is from the brand Girly Bits and is a fuchsia polish with pink and purple holographic glitter. It comes in a 15ml round bottle and gives a good nail coverage. I wanted to spice up my Verona mani, so I added one coat of Razzle dazzle over Rainha. You can also wear it by itself, but I prefer to layer it. I wonder how it will look over black and might try it :) All pictures show one coat of Razzle dazzle over two coat of Rainha, topped with one coat of Seche vite. Enjoy!

Up Colors Holographics - Part 3 of 4 (Pinks)

Good evening lovelies!

I'm sorry I have not been posting manis lately because I have been so busy with the shop opening. I really want to say thank you so much, you made it a success and a great experience :-) To make up for this little absence, I will have the final parts of the Up Colors holographic collection. Part 3 is about the pinks and nudes and I love them all. All pictures show two coats of the polish and one coat of Seche vite.

Romance à Paris

Hello!

Yesterday, I asked on my Facebook page which swatches you wanted to see, and Romance à Paris was by far the favorite! The poll is still open, and you can vote for the remaining days here.

Romance à Paris is a fuchsia jelly with opalescent flakies and glitter. Feminine and sparkly, what not to love about it? Take a look :-)
