Polish Days - To Boldly Go

Yay for another Polish Days! I was eager to see this month's theme and was glad to finally try a nail art I never did before: galaxy nails. It looked like a complex technique and I wasn't sure I would succeed at it so I forgot about it. But thanks to Polish Days, I got the courage to boldly go at it. Let's have a look and I hope you like it :p

Youpi pour un autre Polish Days! J'avais hâte de voir le thème de ce mois et j'étais bien contente de pouvoir enfin essayer un nail art que je n'ai jamais fait auparavant: le nail art galaxie. Ca m'avait l'air d'être une technique complexe et je n'étais pas sûre de réussir, alors je l'ai mis aux oubliettes. Mais grâce aux Polish Days, j'ai hardiment pris mon courage à deux mains. Polish Days - 5

Time for Polish Days! I had a creativity blank for this month's theme, which is the number 5. I really didn't know what to do so I focused on what this number means to me. My dad's bday is October 5 and my boyfriend is March 5, so I am celebrating the love for these two men in my life with a reverse glitter gradient. I hope you like its delicacy as much as I do!  What I used: OPI Did You Ear About Van Gogh?, Sally Hansen Big Money, rhinestones

C'est le rendez vous du Polish Days! J'ai eu un blanc créatif pour le thème de ce mois, qui est le chiffre 5. Je ne savais vraiment pas quoi faire alors je me suis concentrée sur ce que signifie ce chiffre pour moi. L'annif de mon papa est le 5 Octobre et celui de mon copain est le 5 Mars,  donc je célèbre l'amour pour ces deux hommes dans ma vie avec un dégradé inversé de paillettes. Polish Days - Vintage

Morning beautiful! When I hear vintage, I think about black and white pictures in family albums, but also the gold and glamour 1920s era. I wanted my mani to be inspired by these 3 colors in today's Polish Days theme. I also wanted to celebrate my blog anniversary with something bold. I used OPI Alpine Snow, Konad Black with BM 318, topped with OPI The Man With The Golden Gun to achieve this look. On to the pics!

Salut mes beautés! Quand j'entends vintage, je pense aux photos en blanc et noir des albums de famille, mais aussi à l'ère d'or et glamour des années 1920. Je voulais que ma manucure soit inspirée de ces 3 couleurs en l'honneur du thème d'aujourd'hui de Polish Days. Je voulais aussi célébrer l'anniversaire de mon blog en grandes pompes. J'ai utilisé OPI Alpine Snow, Konad Black avec BM 318, surmonté de OPI The Man With The Golden Gun pour obtenir ce look. Polish Days - Try Something New

Hey lovelies! Here we go again with another Polish Days! Today's theme is to try something new (new polish, technique, whatever you want lol) and I always wanted to do a basic french mani so there you go! I feel weird lol like it's "too basic" for a nail art lover like me lol. So to achieve this look I did 2 coats of OPI Passion, then freehanded the tip with a fine nail art brush and OPI Alpine Snow. Add some glitter, top coat and that's it! I'm so proud... it looks better than any french I had in salons. Thanks for reading! big kisses

Hey mes beautés! Et c'est reparti pour un autre Polish Days! Le thème d'aujourd'hui est le neuf (nouveau vernis, nouvelle technique, ce que vous voulez lol) et j'ai toujours voulu faire une french manucure alors voilà! Ça me fait bizarre que mes ongles soient "trop basiques", spécialement pour moi qui aime le nail art lol. Donc, pour obtenir ce look, j'ai mis 2 couches de OPI Passion avant de dessiner la french avec un pinceau fin et OPI Alpine Snow. Ajoutez un peu de paillettes, top coat et c'est tout! Je suis tellement fière... c'est plus joli que n'importe quel french j'ai eu dans les salons. Merci pour la lecture! gros bisous

Polish Days - Bling Bling

Hello, I am so happy to share with you this bling bling manicure inspired by this month's Polish Days theme. December is my favorite time of the year, celebrating with loved ones, giving around us, everything around  sparkle and there are christmas lights everywhere. I just love the spirit of it and wanted my manicure to reflect it. The base is a creation of mine named Oceane, a turquoise holographic jelly with holo glitter, then I added rhinestones. Coucou, Je suis tellement contente de partager avec vous cette manucure bling bling inspirée par le thème du Polish Days de ce mois. Décembre est mon moment préféré de l'année, pour célébrer avec leurs proches, donne autour de nous, tout scintille et il ya des lumières de Noël partout. J'adore l'esprit de Noel et je voulais que ma manucure le reflète. La base est une de mes créations qui s'appelle Océane, un turquoise jelly avec des paillettes holographiques, pis j'ai rajouté des strass. Polish Days - MAN-icure

Hello! Today's theme for Polish Days is about Movember, a social initiative created to raise funds and sensitize public opinion on men's health issues. During Movember, men (called Mo Bros) take a pledge to start grooming a mustache and we decided to embrace the movement by sporting mustache nail art. Here is mine that I did with 2 coats of Barry M Blue Moon and Revlon Whimsical. I stamped blue ribbons for prostate cancer awareness with Bundle Monster plate BM 321 and Sally Hansen Brisk Blue. My accent nail is a free handed mustache done with fine nail art brush. So Mo Sistas are you going to join us?

Pendant Movember, les hommes (appelés Mo Bros) s’engagent à faire pousser leur moustache et on a décidé de soutenir le mouvement avec du nail art. Morning! It's time to get sentimental with the 4th theme of Polish Days. It’s 2012 and I’m not part of the ones who write love letters, but my manicure was inspired by a love card that I got my boyfriend for our 3rd anniversary. I hope you enjoy my manicure as much as I do. On est en 2012 et je ne suis pas de celles qui écrivent des lettres d’amour, mais ma manicure est inspirée d’une lettre offerte à mon copain pour notre 3eme anniversaire. Well today is the fourth theme of Polish Days, which is a day where nail bloggers all over the world post about a single theme, at the same time. Today's theme is geometry, not my favorite class but I had fun translating it into nail art. I went simply with my favorite geometric figure, the circle. Polish Days - Olympic Games

Hello lovelies,
It's time for the Polish Olympics! You already know the 3rd theme of Polish Days. My manicure was inspired by different symbols recurrent to the 2012 London games. I added the sprinter on my thumb because track and field is my favorite competition to watch, and my country flag on my pinkie because today is our National day and we also have 10 athletes representing us in London. Go Cote d'Ivoire :) I hope you enjoy my mani as I do, I had it for three days straight and that's a record for me.
